TWO MEN RESCUED AT FRAZER PARK

The Snapper Point Headland at Frazer Park on the Central Coast was the scene of a dramatic rescue this afternoon.

A 26-year-old man jumped from rocks and landed awkwardly, injuring his back.

A second male jumped in the water to help.

The pair made it back to rocks where they were met by a specialist medical team, winched-in by the Westpac Rescue Helicopter.

Once stabilised, the patient suffering lower back pain and suspected broken ribs was airlifted to the John Hunter Hospital.
