Police on the Far North Coast were involved in a high-speed pursuit overnight, after discovering a stolen Mitsubishi sedan in Bangalow at around 12.30am.
The pursuit lasted almost an hour; before coming to a dangerous end in Whian Whian when a police vehicle was rammed.
A second car was stolen this morning.
“If they do see that stolen vehicle we’d ask them to call triple zero or their local police but do not approach that vehicle.”
Locals are being asked to look out for a MITSUBISHI SEDAN with the number plate YLV729; as well as a SILVER HYUNDAI SANTA-FE BV48QP.
