TOUGH DAY THREE AT KALGOORLIE FOR HUNTER GOLFERS

Our Hunter golfers have plenty of work to do if they’re going to have an impact on the final day of the Goldfields PGA Championship in Kalgoorlie.
Nathan Green is our best hope, but he’s nine shots off top spot, while Callan O’Reilly finished day three at one over.
Green produced a flawless front nine on Friday, which included three birdies.
But a bogey and a triple bogey on the back nine hurt his climb up the leaderboard.
Nitties second round was the complete opposite, carding three bogeys on the front nine, before recovering on the way back to the clubhouse.
