  1. You should do a fact check at the very least. If you really cared about this story you would have a reporter on the ground and tell the truth, not the propaganda issued by APPEA

  2. Have seen the youtube footage and locals were clearly assaulted by security guards outside the AGL grounds on public land. Why are the media so biased in this country. The truth is a real victim in these encounters. The river is fairly distant from the violent attack by security.

  3. The ingress Gate where the protesters were is some 50 meters from the river. The security guards have video cameras and there are several video surveillance stations in operation. The assertion by The company that the protesters are throwing punches is ludicrous as displayed by analysis of the video.

The lie that a protester held a guards head under the water is fanciful… do they have any footage or stills of this occurrence to substantiate this lie in trying to justify unnecessary force on a peaceful and lawful protest?

These are local people objecting to a foreign multinational dangerously fracting 20 meters from a river on a flood plane in their backyard. These people were sold up the river by politicians who supposedly were no allowing fracting 2kms from a town.

This is a national disgrace, just as Halliburton employees draped in an Australian flag in a display of preposterous faux nationalism.
