A man and woman have died after a car crash on the Pacific Highway at South Grafton.
Police say the car veered off the road, before hitting a drain, just after 2:30 this afternoon.
The 62-year-old female passenger died at the scene, while the 67-year-old driver was taken to Coffs Harbour Hospital, where he later died.
