Novotel Pacific Bay Resort in Coffs Harbour has been named business of the year at the Sunny’s Business Awards.
The resort credits the win to a number of big name events in the region including the State’s Origin side training camp and the success of the “Blues Harbour” campaign.
“The NSW team winning the series so certainly that does help, it certainly put Coffs Harbour and the resort on the map and you know we had some large Aboriginal conferences.”
It’s likely the Blues will return to the resort in 2015.
