Port Macquarie hairdresser Gemma Edwards has taken out the top gong at the WorldSkills National Competition in Perth.
The 21-year-old went head-to-head with 16 other hairdressers from across the country to win the prestigious title.
The judges were impressed by her creativity and enthusiasm.
She’ll represent Australia in the international WorldSkills competition in Brazil next year.
