The yellow and navy turned on the attack early, with goals by Nick Fitzgerald and utility Matt Sim.
Jacob Mclean scored for the home side.
While middleman, Glenn Trifiro, guaranteed the Mariners a spot in the next round, by booting a third goal just before the whistle.
