Three-women involved in a two car collision on The Bucketts Way west of Taree on Friday are now in a stable condition in John Hunter Hospital.
The 27-year-old driver of the commodore and her 18-year-old passenger are listed as serious but stable.
While the 18-year-old driver of the 4WD is stable.
All three-women are local to the Manning-Great Lakes.
Police are still investigating what happened.
