Local highland dancers got a chance to stretch their legs over the weekend, ahead of next month’s World Championships in Scotland.
The 8th International Highland Dancing Festival in Niagara Park saw athletes from around the world battle it out on the floor in the three day event.
Several dancers from schools along the coast will fly out next week for the Cowal Highland Gathering.
