After being lost in the bush west of Casino for five days, Nicholas Thurgood has been found alive and well.
The 41-year-old man was discovered on a property on Old-Tenterfield Road by a passerby who says he heard the man yelling out.
Thurgood was reported missing from a property at Kippenduff by a friend on Tuesday morning, and says after becoming lost he found shelter and survived on rations of food and water.
