A 74-year-old Salt Ash man who allegedly threatened to kill the Member For Paterson has pleaded not guilty in Raymond Terrace Local Court today.
Arthur Tupman is charged with use a carriage service to threaten to kill, after he allegedly called MP Bob Baldwin’s office on May 14 this year.
The case has been adjourned to September 8.
