It was a lucky escape for a truck driver in Teralba today.
At around midday, the man driving a prime mover attempted to cross an overhead bridge.
“The front driver side wheel came up onto the footpath, and the footpath collapsed underneath it and then he couldn’t get it out.”
For the three hours rail commuters were forced to take buses, while rail engineers assessed the damage.
