Merewether pilot Matt Hall has posted his second straight podium finish on the Red Bull Air Race series.
After qualifying sixth in Poland, the Aussie threw down the gauntlet on his opening run.
In the Super Eight round, he continued to make his presence felt.
“The right side of the clock for Matt Hall. This is looking most impressive.”
Flying second in the final, Hall made another flawless trip around the course.
“He’s tight, just got to get clean through that last gate, and he is. Matt Hall’s in the lead.”
His time was eventually beaten by Austria’s Hannes Arch and England’s Nigel Lamb, but Hall had done enough to finish third, moving to fourth in the standings.
