A former radio news director has been found guilty of indecently assaulting a 9-year-old girl in Port Macquarie Local Court today.
53-year-old Nicholas Francis O’Callaghan was arrested in June last year.
He previously pleaded not guilty to the charge.
O’Callaghan is due to reappear in court in October.
