I am a little confused about this issue.
As I understand the owner of the caravan park/service station is going to close down due to free campers.
If the owner is closing the fuel station the surely this must indicate that there is perhaps not enough locals supporting it.
Where do the paying caravan park customers purchase their fuel?
Where do the free campers purchase their fuel?
Is ths is a situation of mis-reading the market place and then shifting the blame?
