A vital step towards the redevelopment of Tamworth Hospital got underway today, with the demolition of the old renal unit and clinics, along with the stores building.
The site will then be levelled, ready for builders to start construction of the five-story building halfway through this year.
The $220 million project is set to bring state of the art facilities to the North West.
