FIRE CLAIMS FAMILY HOME

A house in Kempsey has been destroyed, after fire ripped through its foundations this afternoon.

Just after midday, emergency services were called to the Middleton Street property, where they spent half an hour extinguishing the blaze.

No one was injured, and it is still unclear what caused the fire.
