The 19 Hunter men who made the ultimate sacrifice and died serving our country in the Vietnam War, have been honoured today.
Hundreds marched to Newcastle’s Civic Park this afternoon for Vietnam Veterans Day.
This year holds a special significance, as it’s the 50th anniversary of the start of the conflict.
The commemoration also marks 46 years since the infamous Battle of Long Tan.
