FATAL CAR ACCIDENT NEAR WOOLGOOLGA

A man has died after losing control of his car and hitting a tree near Woolgoolga this afternoon.
The driver, believed to be in his 30s, veered off Sherwood Forest Road and police say alcohol may have been a factor.
A male passenger in the car sustained only minor injuries.
