Coal seam and other unconventional gases are now known to have a carbon footprint at least as bad as coal when used to generate electricity, and even the recent State Government Inquiry into the industry acknowledges that fact.. The bottom line is that we should not be burning it and contributing to the 6 degrees of warming that the Internation Energy Agency warns we are now on track to achieve this century. Burning that gas will deliver catastrophic climate change to our grandchildren. This must be stopped!

    Sincerely
