RAZOR WIRE FENCE TO STOP VANDALS

A $100,000 damage bill for a West Kempsey school has forced the installation of a razor wire fence along its perimeter.
Security cameras have failed to stop trespassers vandalising St Paul’s College, and principal Michael Vella says it’s time to take action.
