WEATHER UPDATE: Weekend Forcast
July 13, 2012 at 3:46 pm
It’s been a very wet week across the broadcast area. But a short dry spell is on the way.
The tail of the final rain band will take most of Saturday to clear from NE NSW and SE QLD.
The Gold Coast will get its sunshine back by Sunday afternoon.
For the Hunter, NW and MNC the sun will join us for the entire weekend.
The cold nights will return so frosts will come back in to play inland especially on the Tablelands.
The westerly winds will be fresh and the surf small but clean.
Conditions for offshore boating will be ok. Beware of the westerly winds kicking up some large seas and chop especially Sunday for Hunter waters as the swell also increases.

Apologies if the following is being attended to. If not, could you please correct the spelling of Murwillumbah in the weather report? In your report it is being spelt Murwillimbah – the second ‘i’ should be a ‘u’.
