WEATHER UPDATE: WET WEEK ON THE WAY

We have a wet week on the way with an inland rain event developing. It has been very wet right along the coast but very dry on the Western side of the divide, so this is a significant mid winter rain event that is going to deliver some much needed rain to crops.

There is a mass of moisture pulsing in, coming down off the Arafura Sea and sliding across the golf into Queensland and there is also a big pulse there that has tracked in over the bight.

On Thursday another mass will come through with even more moisture.

The good news is, that with a northerly influence it will be quite mild.
