COUNCIL PLANS TO BAN KITE SURFING AT MAIN BEACH

Plans to ban kite surfing from Main Beach to The Pass is causing a stir among beach goers.
Byron Council is seeking legal advice on restricting the activity, which it says puts swimmers at risk.
