March 20, 2012 at 4:56 pm
Angie Bainbridge missed out on a place in the 100-metre freestyle final, but the good times just keep on rolling for fellow Novacastrian, Thomas Fraser-Holmes.
The 20-year-old lined up in the semi finals of the 200-metre individual medley overnight, looking to qualify for his third event at the London Games.
Fraser-Holmes made his move in the backstroke leg to finish second – he’s third fastest going into tonight’s final.
