KITTEN RECOVERING AFTER FIRECRACKER CRUELTY

A 14-week-old kitten is recovering in a Ballina animal hospital after being subjected to a horrendous act of cruelty.
Vets say a firecracker was placed inside it and set alight.

People are monsters.
When are the politicians and the law makers going to grow some balls and pass some laws that are actually tough?, laws that actually may act as a deterrant to wastes of oxygen who think its ok to perform such terrible acts of cruelty. Jail terms,not fines and community service should be mandatory, and not 3 months, 6 months,but 3 years, 6 years woith mandatory psych visits as well. One strike and your out, no second chances.
