WOMAN CRITICAL AFTER HIGHWAY CRASH

A 58-year-old woman is fighting for her life in Newcastle’s John Hunter Hospital tonight, after a head-on crash on the Pacific Highway near Macksville.
The woman was a passenger in a car which crossed to the wrong side of the road, and collided with a B-double at Warrell Creek, early this morning.
