CUDLIN SEIZES PODIUM FINISH
November 19, 2011 at 1:32 pm
Taree road racer Alex Cudlin has secured third place at the World Endurance Championships in Qatar.
The 25 year old left for the Middle East a few weeks ago, hoping to gain back-to-back wins in the gruelling eight-hour race.
Cudlin and his teammates from the Qatar Endurance Racing Team were leading, but after problems in a pit stop they lost two laps in the race.
He says, while his team didn’t win, he’s stoked to have made a podium finish.
Cudlin is now back home and training for next year.
