The potential for problems built into the early development of the Justfruit Corner site right back into the foot of the Kariong Hill were approved by Gosford City Council. I bet if you look back into public records hard enough you will find elected reps who had pecuniary interest in the commercial development of that area a total mess which is now the centre of all this public argument about acceptable long term and viable access.
