NEW RUGBY RULES CREATE HEADACHES FOR REFS

Central North rugby union coaches and referees admit they’ve been caught out trying to adapt to the games new rules.
The ELVs were introduced to promote a free flowing game but players claim the changes have lead to more penalties with referees struggling to interpret the new rules.
