FOUR PEOPLE INJURED IN BALLINA CRASH

Three people and a child have been injured in a four-vehicle crash west of Ballina.
Police say the driver of this Commodore collided head-on with a car and two motorbikes on the Teven Road, just after 1 o’clock on Saturday afternoon.
The female driver of the hatchback and the front motorcyclist bore the brunt of the impact.
They were flown to the Lismore Base Hospital with suspected spinal and internal injuries.
A female passenger in the hatchback is also in a serious condition, while a seven-year-old boy in the backseat suffered minor injuries.
The driver of the Commodore was unhurt.
Police are investigating.
