UNDER 21S COLTS NAMED

To cricket and Blake Fitzgerald has been named skipper of the Central North Under 21′s side that will play at the Country Colts Carnival in the Hunter Valley next year.

It’s another cap for the talented 17-year-old who’s just been named as a starter in the New South Wales Country side.

Selectors delayed naming the side after a two day trial match between the Northern Inland and Hunter Valley was washed out last weekend.

New South Wales Blues bowler Josh Hazelwood was an automatic selection.

Six other north west players will join the ranks, which will play in Maitland and Raymond Terrace over three days in January.
