BRAZEL DAZZLES AT PRO AM

Local Sam Brazel didn’t just win the Lismore Pro-Am yesterday, he also set a new course record.
Finishing on 62, eight under par he convincingly beat Queenslanders Paul Williamson and Justin Maker who tied for second on 66, at four under par.
Up against 85 other professionals, Brazel overcame a nasty back injury to take the title.
He has won more than $25,000 prize money in the Queensland Sunshine Golf Tour.
Brazel has also secured a place in every pro-am in the country for the rest of the year.
