SCHOOL GIRL CHARGED OVER HOUSE FIRE NEAR ARMIDALE

A teenage girl has been charged following a house fire in the New England region last night.

Emergency crews were called to the Bundarra Road property, Invergowrie just after 8.30pm.

On arrival, police were told a 14 year old girl had allegedly assaulted two people, damaged cars before starting the blaze.

The girl was arrested and has been charged.

The house was extensively damaged.
