ENDANGERED TURTLE RELEASED AFTER SHARK NETS PULLED

Crowds gathered at Ballina today to witness the release of an endangered green sea turtle.

Found tangled in fishing line, she was nursed back to full health by Sea Bird Rescue volunteers who were anxious to ensure she avoids any more run-ins with man-made objects.
