STOLEN GOODS RECOVERED IN NIMBIN
Police have recovered property believed to have been stolen, following a search warrant in Nimbin yesterday.
Around 10.45am, officers attached to the Richmond Target Action Group executed a search warrant at a house in Gungas Road.
Police allege they located power tools, personal items and clothing, including a NSW Fire & Rescue helmet, and close to 200 grams of cannabis.
Officers are investigating possible links to a number of break and enters in the area.
A 47-year-old man was arrested and taken to Lismore Police Station.
He was charged with several offences, including two counts of steal property in dwelling house, and attempt to dispose of stolen property.
He was refused bail to appear at Lismore Local Court later today.
