FOOD FOR LESS BUILDING WILL SOON BE DEMOLISHED

The demolition of Port Macquarie’s vacant Food for Less building will take place in the next few months.

Woolworths has confirmed it’s in discussions with contractors to complete the work.

A development application was approved by Port Macquarie Hastings Council in February, with the grocery giant given five years to develop the site.

The demolition work must be completed within three months.
