GUNNEDAH’S WINTER CARNIVAL OF CUPS TO GET UNDERWAY

Horse racing returns to Gunnedah next week, with a seven-race program set down for Monday.

The meeting includes the running of the Somerton Cup held over 1600-metres, as the Gunnedah Jockey Club hopes to build on the success of last Sunday’s Tamworth Cup.

Monday kicks-off Gunnedah’s Winter Carnival of Cups, with the Gold Cup held on May 27th.
