GAV’S WEATHER: COASTAL SHOWERS SET TO INCREASE

The trough over the New South Wales coast has been producing cloud with showers and storm development, as it develops into a weak low.

Isolated coastal showers are set to continue for the Queensland and New South Wales coast as the low deepens.

This will not be a dangerous system.

Coastal showers will continue with onshore winds strengthening slightly as the trough deepens.

It will remain mostly fine inland.
