MITCHELL PEARCE EXPECTED TO MISS 16 WEEKS

Knights officials say scans have confirmed that Mitchell Pearce suffered a ruptured pectoral muscle in last night’s win over the Tigers.

He’ll see a shoulder specialist this week to arrange surgery and is expected to be sidelined for approximately 16 weeks.

Also last night, the Cowboys edged out the Titans, while Newcastle’s fill-in halfback set up the winning try in the dying stages.
