A young girl is in a stable condition at Port Macquarie Hospital, after being hit by a car at West Kempsey.
Emergency services were called to a home on Bunya Pine Circuit around 10.30 this morning.
Police say a five-year-old boy was playing in a car and put it out of gear, causing it to roll back, and hit a three-year-old girl.
She’s being treated for a possible fractured leg and pelvis.
