A 49-year-old man has died in a workplace accident near Lismore.
The man was loading road work equipment onto a truck when it rolled into a table drain.
The incident occurred just after 11am near the intersection of the Bruxner Highway and Barker Street at Gundurimba.
He died at the scene.
Police have launched an investigation, and Safe Work NSW have been notified.
