WALLARAH 2 ACTIVISTS GEARING UP FOR A COURT BATTLE

Opponents of the Wallarah 2 coal-mine project say they’re prepared to take their fight all the way.

The Australian Coal Alliance has lodged a case in the Land and Environment Court, determined to prevent the $800-million longwall mine from going ahead.
