Tomorrow marks a year since Hunter triathlete Lauren Parker was involved in an accident which left her with a one per cent chance of ever walking again.

Now, fresh from claiming bronze at the Commonwealth Games, the remarkable 29-year-old says she’s just getting warmed up.
