12-YEAR-OLD CHARGED WITH ROBBERY

A 12-year-old boy has been arrested, after allegedly threatening and stealing cash from three other 12-year-olds at a Coffs Harbour skate park.

Around 1:30pm on Sunday, a young boy approached three 12-year-olds at a skate park on Earl Street where it’s alleged the boys became involved in a fight.

He returned a short time later with at least six other young people who threatened the boys and stole cash.

The 12-year-old was arrested at the scene, before being charged with three counts of robbery in company, affray, and breach of bail.
