A middle aged man has sustained serious leg injuries, after being struck by a car on Goonoo Goonoo Road late yesterday.
Police say the man was heavily intoxicated at the time, and it’s understood he ran onto the road during peak hour traffic.
He was taken to hospital with extensive leg injuries, but otherwise stable.
Traffic was disrupted for just over half an hour.
