COAST SHELTER CEO RETIRES AFTER 26 YEARS

CEO of Coast Shelter Laurie Maher has announced that he will retire this year.

After 26 years on the job, the OAM recipient will leave his much loved charity organisation in July.

Mr Maher has been a long time advocate for the homeless on the Central Coast, working by the philosophy that ‘everyone deserves to have a roof over their head’.

Coast Shelter says it’s aiming to recruit a new CEO by the end of June.
