BEARS UPBEAT DESPITE LOSS TO CUDGEN

Lennox Head proved unstoppable during the penultimate round of the Far North Coast Cricket summer Twenty-20 series over the weekend – easily defeating both Murwillumbah and Marist Brothers.

Neighbouring Tintenbar-East Ballina, meanwhile, overcame Casino but lost to Pottsville, who also took down the Cavaliers.

Elsewhere – the Brethren restored some pride against Murwillumbah

While Cudgen proved the stronger of the two teams that defeated Alstonville.
