BOYD BOWS OUT IN MATCH PLAY

After the biggest win of his career – a stunning two round total of nine-under, to share the Australian Amateur Medal,

Toukley’s Darcy Boyd has been eliminated from the Match Play event in WA.

Boyd was beaten narrowly by David Hague at Lake Karrinyup.

But the Central Coast contingent could avenge the loss – Shelly Beach teenager Jordy Garner takes on the Englishman, with the winner to advance to the Quarter-Finals tomorrow.
